Investor capital is allocated deal-by-deal through special purpose vehicles (SPVs) or the Terra Maris Fund platform. We maintain clear governance, investor oversight, and strategic reserves to ensure alignment and capital preservation.
Each investment has a built-in exit strategy—typically 3 to 7 years—through asset sale, recapitalization, or portfolio roll-up. We target markets with strong liquidity profiles and active institutional interest to support profitable exits.
